Support and Care
An important aspect of Christianity is providing fellowship and care to ALL in the community, not just those that make it to our services each Sunday in our two churches. All our church members are encouraged to lend assistance where they see a need for it, however Colvend Southwick & Kirkbean Parish Church is also able to provide spiritual and emotional support to all those in need through home and patient visits.
Due to changes in data protection laws, a visit. minister or other member of the Church is no longer allowed to visit patients in a hospital or other care facility without request or consent from the patient or his/her next of kin, so this MUST be arranged beforehand. |
Pastoral support may be of great benefit to the ill, the bereaved, the dying or those experiencing particular trauma or turmoil in their lives.
If you would like pastoral care or know of someone that would benefit from it, then please contact us to organise a visit. |
